Chalvas for Hanna

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup Sukrin Mapel/Caramel/Gold Syrup
  • ½ cup sesame flour
  • ¾ cup coconut chips/flakes (ground in the blender)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

It’s the only recipe I haven’t made myself (I hope you like it)

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind until homogenized (scrape sides if needed)
  • Put baking paper into a baking pan, pour the mixture and give it a nice, even shape
  • Put in the fridge until it stabilizes (30-60 minutes)
  • Cut into pieces and serve!
