Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup Sukrin Mapel/Caramel/Gold Syrup
- ½ cup sesame flour
- ¾ cup coconut chips/flakes (ground in the blender)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
It’s the only recipe I haven’t made myself (I hope you like it)
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind until homogenized (scrape sides if needed)
- Put baking paper into a baking pan, pour the mixture and give it a nice, even shape
- Put in the fridge until it stabilizes (30-60 minutes)
- Cut into pieces and serve!
